When you use Odoo Product Mobile(App), some personal information is collected from and about you. We are committed to protecting the security of this information and safeguarding your privacy. This privacy policy sets out the details of the personal information collected, the manner in which it collected, by whom as well as the purposes for which it is used.

In order to provide best experience and functionality we are accessing following things

  1. When you register on the App, the following information is collected from you and stored securely on a server – (i) email;  This information will be stored on the Server. We never share this information or use to marketing purpose.
  2. We are accessing the camera for face recognition features, there we will take user photos and verify with the customer database.
  3. We are accessing location for geolocation attendance features where we pass latitude and longitude to our API and based on that we display google Maps.
  4. We authenticate the user with our private server to authorized premium-level features.
  5. Data is encrypted in transit and You can request that data be deleted at our contact email.

OMEGASYSTEM offers many services to help customers run their business, manage their business flow and also E-Commerce development. When customer/user contact us via email or via the contact form, customer/user provide us their name, phone number, e-mail address, communication content and data associated with the communication.

The way in which we use the data we gathered from our odoo apps is different. Because odoo is open-source hence we don’t want to disclose our exclusive app’s code to customers for the security purpose (and to prevent them from reselling), we put the code in our secure server and process the operations of odoo apps from the server code itself. And we also collect the customer’s odoo instance data for the same purpose. And kept it secure with us.

Only when OMEGASYSTEM possesses a legal basis to process your personal information, we will do so. The legal basis depends on the conditions we have gathered and require to utilize your personal information. OMGEASYSTEM will process your personal information since:
